Pleasant room with good facilities in a great location
The window was frosted but very large and let lots natural light in. The AC and TV were great. The small kitchenette was useful. Shower had good pressure. The room was small but as expected in Tokyo and wasn’t a problem for us. We liked that they provided a dressing gown. Location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to a JR Yamanote line station in either direction.
When we checked in the bathroom smelled really strongly of urine. The smell gradually faded over the next few days but it was very pungent at the start.

Okay for a short stay
Close to the subway station & good shower with shampoo and conditioner provided. Microwave provided aswell. Very helpful staff
The air vents were very dirty and parts of the room smelt damp. The air con didn’t feel cleaned and housekeeping isn’t provided everyday.
